Further to the report of Koor Industries Ltd. ("the Company") on 1 July, 2008, relating to the purchase of shares of the Credit Suisse Group ("Credit Suisse") by the Company, and further to items in the press published today, the Company hereby reports as follows:

At the date of this report, the Company has purchased approximately 8.97 million shares of Credit Suisse, which is approximately 0.89% of Credit Suisse's share capital - net of Treasury shares, in a cumulative amount of about NIS 1.28 billion.

As resolved by the Company's Board of Directors and noted in the report of 1 July, 2008, the Company might purchase additional shares from time to time, up to a total of NIS 1.5 billion, and it might sell the shares it purchased, inter alia, on the basis of the assessments of the Company's Management with regard to market developments. However, the Company emphasizes that there is no certainty that such actions will be taken.

If the Board of Directors of the Company decides to increase the size of the investment beyond the sum set as aforesaid, the Company will report accordingly.
