Further to earlier reports of Koor Industries Ltd. ("the Company") relating to its investment in the shares of Credit Suisse Group ("Credit Suisse") and to certain details concerning Credit Suisse which were included in the Company's prospectus of 29 May, 2008, and further to the Company's report on 24 July, 2008 to which the Company attached the press release published in English by Credit Suisse on the results of the second quarter of 2008 ("the Press Release"), the Company hereby now attaches to this report a convenience translation into Hebrew, from the English, of the Press Release published by Credit Suisse. The Company clarifies that the binding version of the Press Release published by Credit Suisse is the English version only.

In addition, attached hereto is a copy of the report published by Credit Suisse on 25 July, 2008, dealing with the results of the first six months of 2008 compared with the results of the first six months of 2007. A convenience translation into Hebrew of this report will be published as soon as possible by the Company. The Company clarifies that the binding version of this report is the English version only.
