Further to the reports of Koor Industries Ltd. ("the Company") relating to its investment in the shares of Credit Suisse Group ("Credit Suisse"), the Company hereby reports that it now holds about 12.36 million shares of Credit Suisse, accounting for about 1.21% of Credit Suisse's share capital (net of treasury shares), for a cumulative investment of approximately NIS 1.91 billion. The Company also gives notice that at today's date, it has utilized approximately SF 100 million of the recourse credit out of the credit facility extended to it by Goldman Sachs, as described in Section 12.1.4 of the Company's prospectus dated 29 May, 2008.

As the Company reported in previous reports (see the reports of 27 July, 2008, 10 August, 2008 and 10 September, 2008), the Company will record a profit of approximately NIS 281 million in the third quarter of 2008 in respect of its disposal of Credit Suisse shares to date.
