Further to the reports of Koor Industries Ltd. ("the Company") relating to its investment in the shares of Credit Suisse Group ("Credit Suisse"), the Company hereby reports that for the sale of some of its shares in Credit Suisse on 19 September, 2008, it will record a profit of approximately NIS 135 million in the third quarter of 2008.

This profit joins profits of approximately NIS 281 million to be recorded in the third quarter in respect of earlier sales of Credit Suisse shares (see the Company's reports dated 27 July, 2008, 10 August, 2008 and 10 September, 2008). In all, the Company will record a profit of approximately NIS 416 million in the third quarter, in respect of disposals of Credit Suisse shares to date.

The Company now holds about 5.73 million shares of Credit Suisse, accounting for 0.56% of Credit Suisse's share capital (net of treasury shares), for a cumulative investment of approximately NIS 885 million.
