Further to the reports of Koor Industries Ltd. ("the Company") relating to its investment in the shares of Credit Suisse Group ("Credit Suisse"), the Company hereby reports that for the sale of some of its shares in Credit Suisse today, it will record a profit of approximately NIS 44 million in the third quarter of 2008.

This profit joins profits of approximately NIS 416 million to be recorded in the third quarter in respect of earlier sales of Credit Suisse shares (see the Company's reports dated 27 July, 2008, 10 August, 2008, 10 September, 2008 and 20 September 2008). In all, the Company will record a profit of approximately NIS 460 million in the third quarter, in respect of disposals of Credit Suisse shares to date.

The Company now holds about 4.04 million shares of Credit Suisse, accounting for about 0.39% of Credit Suisse's share capital (net of treasury shares), for a cumulative investment of approximately NIS 624.8 million.
