Further to the reports of Koor Industries Ltd. ("the Company") relating to its investment in the shares of Credit Suisse Group ("Credit Suisse"), the Company hereby reports that for the sale of he balance of its shares in Credit Suisse on the 24th and 25th of September 2008, it will record a profit of approximately NIS 73 million in the third quarter of 2008.

This profit joins profits of approximately NIS 460 million to be recorded in the third quarter in respect of earlier sales of Credit Suisse shares (see the Company's report dated 22 September, 2008). In all, the Company will record a profit of approximately NIS 533 million in the third quarter, in respect of disposals of Credit Suisse shares.

As the Company noted in prior reports, on 21 July, 2008 the Board of Directors of the Company approved investment in shares of Credit Suisse in a total amount of up to NIS 3 billion. The investment will be made taking buy and sell opportunities, with due attention to the market situation and in accordance with the Company's assessments from time to time. It is emphasized that there is no certainty that such actions will be taken.
