Further to the reports of Koor Industries Ltd. ("the Company") on 22 October, 2008 relating to the accounting treatment of a rebate of approximately SF 16 million which the Company received from Credit Suisse Group AG ("Credit Suisse"), the Company intends to report that it will charge the rebate to an increase in the capital fund for investments available for sale.
